Tommy Gray formed Industrial Scale Company (ISC) in his home garage in 1940, providing truck scale services throughout Houston. Since then, As Houston’s transportation needs grew, ISC started installing mechanical truck scales as fast as we could get them out the door. Along the way Tommy’s good friend, John Marquis Sr., took over as owner. We have since been providing quality scales and scale service to our customers for over 60 years.
Still family owned, ISC is a leader in the weighing industry. To expand our service capabilities, ISC acquired Dyna-Marq Systems, Inc. in 2012, to provide quality calibration services like torque, pressure, dimensional, and much more. As technology has developed, we continue to expand our capabilities throughout the U.S. and around the world to provide customers with the most up-to-date products and services.
Since 1940, we have believed doing the right thing is the right thing. Our focus continues to provide quality service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. We take pride in the quality of products that we offer along with a century of experience in our industry.
