We are looking to add valuable members to ISC’s Epic Team. We are interested in candidates that have outstanding customer service skills, interested in growing themselves as well as working hard and getting results. ISC is only interested in future team members that hold the values and are aligned with the culture of ISC. Job Duties:

  • Outbound sales Cold Calls (40 + calls per day) and marketing emails
  • Make sales development calls to existing customers, lost customers, and new prospects.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers; work closely with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements
  • Learn and promote company’s products and services, focused specifically on growing the Rental Department
  • Maintain detailed customer contact information and related daily sales activities within CRM
  • Maintain customer contact information for lead generation purposes
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a team player
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Minimum of one – two years telemarketing
  • Strong phone presence
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Detail oriented, Innovative, proactive, and self-directed
  • Ability to develop a work plan that produces desired results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM software experience is a plus
