Outside Sales Rep. / Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking to add value added members to ISC’s Epic Team.  We are only interested in candidates that have outstanding customer service skills, interested in growing themselves as well as working hard and getting results.   ISC is only interested in future team members that hold the values and are aligned with the culture of ISC.  We work hard but we have fun (why shouldn’t we)

Job Duties

  • Find and develop new customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing customers.
  • Weekly phone work to setup face-to-face appointments.
  • Weekly face-to-face appointments with customers.
  • Understand the services and products that we offer our customers.
  • Proposal development and product presentations.

 Job Requirements

  • Must be good at prospecting and closing.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Experienced in using the phone to gain face-to-face appointments.
  • Experienced selling higher-priced product than your competition in a highly competitive industry.
  • Experienced selling complex solutions.
  • Experienced in a technical industry or a technical degree is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or other CRM applications a plus
